We'll start with Ken Cuccinelli to celebrate the decision of the Virginia Supreme Court, as Ken predicted,

said that the process to redraw the congressional maps 10 to 1 in the Democrats' favor is unconstitutional.

And what grounds did the Supreme Court say that what the Democrats did was unconstitutional?

Well, good morning.

Like many states, Virginia requires that in order to amend its own state constitution,

and all the issues in this case were state law and state constitutional issues, to amend

the state constitution, the General Assembly has to pass this proposed amendments twice, once before an election for the General Assembly and once by the new General Assembly.

And last time the Democrats had control in Virginia, around 2020, they gave us a 45-day election, and we vote in odd years. You'll recall

Abigail Spanberger was elected governor last year in 2025. And we started voting on September 19th.
