I'm over there somewhere. I'm loving it, man. If the, the humidity dropped, it's like getting in the 70s, lower 80s, upper 70s, no humidity. It's perfect time of year. Gorgeous. That fall is teasing. Just the perfect time for the studio to almost be done and I'll have to spend all my time inside. So thank the Lord, right? Perfect. How far out? They, they did. So they delivered the, they delivered all the flooring and they're this week, I think today or tomorrow, I haven't been out there to look. They're delivering all the drywall and we picked colors for the paint.

But the hold up, I didn't know what's going on, is the county doing the last inspection.

And they, so they have to, as soon as they inspect it, then you put all the walls up and

then finish the, you know, from the rough end to finishing all the, uh, electrical and plumbing and stuff.

So lots of hurry up and wait, unfortunately.

And it's, our construction guys have been doing this, have been great.

And they've been great about keeping us updated.

But I feel bad for them too because they're just like, it's not to see.

We have a lot of like the county's just been slow. And because they're overworked just because like we'll get to it uh

you know and you know we have that whole house generator which is amazing but they had to move it

for the because of where we're building well they can't install it till the end because of

the gas and all that stuff it's got to be the last thing so you know all summer we've had
