I just want to remind everyone that there's no shame in talking or reaching out.

If you have some mental health issues or if you need someone to talk to, if you're depressed,

if you're sad, if you're happy, it doesn't matter.

Never feel like there isn't people to talk to, there's online counseling, there are doctors

you can talk to, your family, your friends, anyone like that.

Someone close to the show lost a very close person of them recently because of this, and

I'm not going to go into details, but I wanted to show out that you're not alone.

If you feel like you're alone, there are people that will help.

I know this is a heavy topic, and it's never fun to talk about, but it should be because

if you have a disease and you go and talk to someone, the doctor's never looked down

upon you.

But if you have mental illness, people seem to think, wow, I'm going to be judged.

You're not.

And if you are, fuck those people.
