of 9-11 over the weekend.

The US Warren Afghanistan is the third most expensive US foreign war ever.

That's adjusted for inflation.

World War II is in there, but also in the top three, the war in Iraq.

So the two wars launched out of 9-11.

Afghanistan and Iraq are two of the three most expensive wars we've ever fought.

The other being World War II.

Were the wars worth it?

What kind of a question asking you say today?

Overall for Afghanistan, 35% of Americans say it was worth it.

Only 35%.

If you're talking about the totality of this thing, I gotta say not worth it.

I mean, the first part of it when we had the Taliban on their knees and they were begging

for some sort of surrender treaty, that part was worth it.

But the rest of it, even among Republicans.

It's upside down 42% worth it, 57% not worth it.

So Afghanistan, we deemed not worth it.

Iraq, overall 34% say it was worth it.

Even a majority of Republicans, 53% say Iraq was not worth it.
