0:35.9	While we are proud of those accomplishments,
0:38.4	we didn't reach our ultimate goal of getting a lame and y'all fired or actually being a good podcast.
0:44.6	So as we do every season, we have been continuously evaluating our team,
0:50.5	looking for areas that can be improved to enhance our chances of getting AV fired or being better than mediocre.
0:56.9	We begin this process by reshaping our podcast this past summer when we began to have quality guests, as you may have noticed, every single episode,
1:04.7	and we worked on our skills like pronunciation that will help us in the years to come.
1:09.3	As we approach the deadline later this month and into the summer,
