Hi everybody, welcome back to a new episode of the Bad Broadcast.

I have not said that sentence in almost a month, maybe a little more than a month.

I haven't recorded an episode on my own in my home studio for like,

yeah, since the beginning of December. So it feels really good to be back.

I'm all bundled up. I'm in my cozy chair. I've got my heated blanket.

What's going on with this winter? Why is it putting me in the worst mood ever?

I'm warm right now and my heart is overflowing to finally be talking to you guys.

You're my favorite people in the world. This is the best job in the world. Please don't fire me.

Okay, I feel like I have so much to tell you guys. Nothing important, obviously.

But I want to tell you guys nonetheless. So I took a big break this holiday season.

I recorded like four episodes in advance so that I could just not worry about things for a few weeks.

By the way, I got amazing feedback from the JC episode and also the PA episode.

Both women are incredible. I knew you guys would love them. I loved every minute that I got to

hang out with them. But yeah, I recorded those in advance so I could take a little break.

And I deleted Instagram and TikTok and Twitter and all the apps that I was using that were,

they were kind of like making me ill. They're making me queasy. Like I was on my phone so much.

I wouldn't even tell you guys my screen time. That's how bad it was. I don't often need like a

hard break from social media. But I started Brunei Brown's new book. It's called Atlas of the Heart

of Literally On The Red the first 10 pages. So don't ask me what I think of it yet.
