In terms of his leadership, in terms of that, obviously the captaincy and sort of taking on that role,

still somebody so young as well, like that's some feat to guess. What have you made of him as the

captain and how he sort of handled that added responsibility? Honestly, it blows me away.

He's our youngest ever captain in the Premier League. he first wore the arm band at 21.

He was England under 21's captain, so he could do it on a national stage as well.

And he's also just been our captain, as we've won our first ever trophy in our history.

So, or at least major piece of silverware.

So, you know, he is already the most decorated Crystal Palace captain.

And he's 24.

And he was one of England's best three players, the Euro,

is probably their best defender.

That was at 23.

And he's had interest from these top level clubs for years now.

And he can meet that level mentally as well and psychologically. He meets the bar when it comes to being a leader. I was saying yesterday he isn't, you know, a vocal leader. He isn't a Jordan

Henderson type. He's much more of a Van Dyke type in that he leads by example he's a cool head he's imposing he likes to talk to

the referee but not in a way that he's going to get him in any sort of trouble and he's known as

uncle Mark around the England camp which is a moniker I'm sure you've heard and he's got the same

nickname in around the palace camp as well and that's because he's wise beyond his years.

He's extremely well-spoken, extremely mature, and a manager's dream, to be perfectly honest.

Yeah, I love that. Is that a lot of the positives out of the way, Bruno? I wanted to ask,

are there any negatives? Now, obviously, as a Liverpool fan base, we're digging deep into the numbers

and into the weeds of the research and the data. And the only blot against his name that
