Information has been received from the appropriate law enforcement and credit reporting agency is indicating that their files contain either no record or no additional pertinent information

regarding Mr. Valenti or his close relatives, except as

follows. The records of the district court Harris County, Houston, Texas show that Mr. Valenti's

father, as Joe Valenti was charged on January 30th, 1937, with fraudulently taking, misapplying,

and converting to his own use, money that came into his possession. By virtue of his being the

deputy assessor and collector

of taxes of Harris County, Texas. The monies involved were in the amounts of 6980, 56, 56, and

58. The record show that on November 2nd, 1937, he was sentenced to serve two years in the state

penitentiary.

He was discharged on February 18, 1939.

He was granted a full pardon January 15th, 1940.

And his citizenship was restored upon the order of W. Leo Daniel, the governor of the state of Texas. So here's a problem with

Joe Valenti. In the FBI files, he's got a file open on him for faking American citizenship.

The fucking guy was born in Italy and he faked American citizenship. So here when they say he was

granted a full pardon and then his citizenship was restored. Okay, if you're a

fucking American citizen, you don't have your citizenship taken away from you for committing a crime.

It doesn't happen. So I don't know what the fuck's going on here. But his citizenship was restored
