collected documents, Moscow, 2025. The collection of documents, the assassination of U.S.

President John F. Kennedy and Soviet American relations was prepared as part of the ongoing

project to publish the latest history of Cold War documents by the Russian

State Archives. The collection focuses on the Soviet response to the assassination of John F. Kennedy

and the beginning of interaction with the new U.S. President, Lewis Johnson. For the first time,

the act of assistance of the Soviet authorities and the investigation of this crime is clearly demonstrated using documentary evidence.

The book includes documents from the archives of the President of the Russian Federation recently transferred for storage to the Russian State Archive of contemporary history,

as well as materials discovered in federal and departmental archives.

Okay, and then this publication is intended for both specialists and anyone interested in issues of modern Russian history.
