And we've also got a Liverpool fan from Fairfield, Phil Smart with us

sitting in because we couldn't think anything else to do with him why we were on the

chat.

So we're sat on the banks of the Rhymer about five minutes away from

where most of the Liverpool fans were enjoying themselves last night up in the

two main squares in Basel and you know there's plenty of imbibing was going on lots of fun but no no

problems that we could see if everyone looked to be having a great time.

Percy it's it's a day of massive opportunity for the Reds and you know it's just you know

now game days here you just feel just go and win it.

Exactly yeah I mean there is so much at stake there's no getting away from that

you know it's the chance to lift the first European trophy for 11 years even even just

to get to a European final you can sense the buzz around around this city today

you know the influx of thousands of fans and first European the to be competing for the big prizes and obviously with the added prize of the

Champions League spot is it's just a huge night you know the difference between

winning and losing tonight is immense in terms of what it could do for the club

going forward.

Tony if clock can deliver a European trophy in his first season with pretty much every,

you know, Brendan Rogers is players essentially aren't he?
