James, well, we'll start with you, the only place to start. Is this all belatedly an admission

that your position has become untenable? This leaving business?

I know, yeah. I've been thinking about it ever since that's 6th one defeat at Stoke. I did it, yeah, someone, I actually left that one out, didn't I have the podcast we did in midweek.

It was one of those ones afterwards, I thought I should have given that I mentioned that the

tweet to say, surely you've got to step down yourself after this and then ended up getting into a dingdong with this fellow on Twitter

saying no you're gonna have to explain this to me mate why is my position untenable and and he went on to say well you know you've got to take your share of responsibility for
