I'm Matt Addison with Ian Doyle,

Theo Squires and Dan Kay alongside me as we review the game with Crystal Palace and

preview the EFL Cup type with Norwich City. Doyle,, I'll come to you first.

You were there at the weekend, as was I for the three-nill win

over Patrick Vieira's side, and there's plenty to get stuck into in that.

But first and foremost, what were your general thoughts on the game after an intense

week for Liverpool a couple of big fixtures they seem to get the job job done relatively

straightforward and easily. I wouldn't say it was relatively straightforward and easy to be honest.

I thought Palace were quite good.

I was quite impressed with Palace.

I thought they, in the first, you know, 10-15 minutes did obviously make a decision to

have a go up the Liverpool defense, which not surprising

even the fact that it was completely changed

and you had Canality making his debut

and Simicass only making this something like

third or fourth Premier League appearance.

So didn't blame them for that.

Seems to be a little bit windy as well at the start which kind of caught, I think it caught the

players out certainly caught me out watching it. So there was a little bit
