Pierce just back from a long holiday, sending himself in Florida. Christian Malsch, who looks like

he desperately needs a holiday and Joe Rimmer.

Every day is a holiday for Joe.

So we're looking at obviously it's fixtures day.

Everyone's very excited about the fixtures for the new Premier League series and being announced.

I say excited, that was until they landed.

Jamesy, it was quite a top-old start really would have been handed, isn't it?

Yeah, I don't think it could have been any more demanding really. I think obviously we knew that Liverpool would be away first up.

A trip to Arsenal on the opening weekend, very difficult. Obviously the runners up from last season.

And it's amazing really when you look at it and you think they play

the top three from last season all within the first four games of the season

and we're topping them away and Chelsea away as well.

It's, it's, they're going to have to hit the ground running.

I think, you know, Clop spoke after the Europa League final insisting that fans would see a very different

liberal next season than that they would be drastically improved in the

Premier League after the disappointment that finished an eighth last term and

you know there's so not going to be any easing in gently. You know I

know people will say you know you've obviously the old adage if you've got to

play them all twice and all the rest of it but personally I don't think it's ideal

when you've got so many players who are coming back to preseason late after the

euros and the Copper America and the Olympics thrown in I think clock people he wouldn't say it publicly but I think he
