I missed being on both shows last week but return to familiar issues for the Reds.

Alongside me to dive into those are Paul Gorse, David Lynch and Kiefer McDonald and

will use this platform as has happened quite frequently

actually this season to get a few things off our chests and try and get to the bottom of

where Liverpool turned next.

It wasn't a defeat ghosty on Saturday, but it kind of felt like one had the right angles, it possibly might have been one as well, but it's almost a bit of a sense of deja of views, isn't it really for it for Liverpool? Didn't perform perform particularly well they've now got a replay

lots of familiar issues as I mentioned it just it just doesn't quite feel quite right at the

moment no it's not as it I think we all know that and I think we're probably blue and blue in the face of talking about midfield issues.

What I thought was interesting earlier this week, or rather last week now, was a piece in the times came out and it kind of highlighted Liverpool's running stats or rather lack of them and they were first and things like high distance and sprints and stuff like that.

In three metrics last season,

I think they were first and two of them

and third or second in the other one.

And now they're like 11th, 16th and 14th,

and just shows you the drop-off.

And I don't know why that's happened.

There'll be, you know,

101 different issues, or maybe it's just one,

and I'm not too sure, but certainly

the people aren't covering as much ground as they did last season. The press is

nowhere near as intense. They just look like they've got no energy. They look like a team who are playing now
