to the news that Trent Alexander Arnold signed

a new long-term contract at Liverpool on Friday,

just a couple of hours after we've recorded Friday's show.

Of course they'll come to you first. I think the most interesting aspect of this is that he's now

among the biggest earners at Anfield and I suppose that reflects the status that he has now in this

Liverpool squad. Yeah that's exactly it. I think when he signed his last

contract was 2018 I think around about October 2018.

Obviously, he was obviously established

as a little bit fair scene at that point

and he just featured a Champions League file and whatever else.

But this was before he was a Champions League winner before he was a Premier League winner and

everything that's basically come with you know the Tennessee for the last couple of years as a Liverpool player so now we I think

He deserves it he deserves to be recognized as one the senior men of this Liverpool team now I think he's only 22, he didn't say in 23 until October, but close to 200 the painters in the Liverpool first team.
