Hey folks, about every three months I decide to make a really random video about a case that's really pissing me off or something like that. So I'm back with actual justice warrior. The last time I had you on, we talked about Julius Jones. And today we're going to talk about Anan Sayyad. And this case, I think that there's a lot more to unpack here than the Julius Jones case,

I have to say. And I hate to admit this. I hate to admit this. But I listened to cereal and it was

the first podcast that I think I had ever listened to. And I was so convinced of his innocence

that I actually gave money to the Innocence Project. I did that.

Me makes me hate myself, but it was 2016.

It's 2022.

And now that I've seen the other side of this case, man, I really believe the

Innocence Project has done more harm than going at this point.

So we're here to talk about that and Heyman Lee's murder. I'm just so outraged that he has been

painted as innocent. Everybody's forgotten about Haman Lee and this has become this woke

example of Islamophobia, even though in this process they've totally smeared the Korean

community and the Muslim community has also framed a black guy, Jay, who I don't think

had any involvement outside of bearing the body. So we're going to talk about that too.

So I think the best way, because this is such a multifaceted case, I think the best way to unpack

this is to kind of go through the facts of the case.

So for anybody that's unfamiliar with this case, could you give a little bit of a broad outline?

So on January 13, 1999, Hayman Lee goes missing from her school.

She attended her classes.

So the timeline of her being missing is around 2.15, where the last person known to us to

have seen her saw her.

Her body is not discovered for six weeks.

She ultimately ended up being killed that day.
