I put a show out Sunday, or excuse me, I guess it was Saturday morning and kind of discuss this, but I know a lot of you guys aren't listening to podcasts over the weekend.

And if you haven't gone back and listened or watched that, it'll be a lot of retread here in this segment.

But pretty much Joey Aguilar denied preliminary injunction.

And for those that thought that it was 90-10, a slam dunk, a layup that Joey Aguilar was going to be granted preliminary injunction, just based on what happened in Mississippi would turn to add Chambles, you know, the week or earlier in the week. You know, I think you left, or at least like me, watching the stream of their preliminary injunction hearing two Fridays ago, I think you were done kind of like, well, this isn't going to be a slam dunk, no doubt. And the more and more people you talk to that were present or more and more people you talk to that have a law degree or a law background or whatever, it's like, yeah, that's going to be close. Not saying that Joey Aguilar won't be granted injunction, but this is certainly going to be closed. I mean, I think Judge Haggartty, Chris Haggurty made it abundantly clear that he was not going to have any of this

slander or any of this shade in his courtroom, right? Again, what the judge did, reading his ruling

in Chambley's hearing last week and getting emotional, I mean, that's flat out embarrassing. And I, for one,

I'm glad that that didn't happen in Knox County Court because I'm a resident here. I take pride

in this area. I am at East Senecian. I live and work in Knoxville. I'm glad that that

embarrassment didn't happen in a courtroom in my county. That's for sure. But having said,

that little disappointed Joey Aguilar was not granted preliminary injunction. And again,

there's people that fall on both sides of this. You know, wanting this, not wanting this.

I've been on record several times saying this is not good for college football. It's not.

You know, having old guys play college football is not good, in my opinion. I mean,
