as we are talking about our Seattle Seahawks, Clinton, going back to the Super Bowl and winning back-to-back

chips. That's the only news that I think broke today. No big blockbuster news whatsoever.

Nothing that impacts our Seattle Seahawks, certainly not divisional rivals, certainly not stuff

that's going to happen week one when we raised that banner out in Lumen field hey brandon even with all this blockbuster news today even with everything that

just happened who's the current super bowl champions of the national football league you can't go

back to back without being the current champions there you go we are still the current champions

we are going to get into it though we're going to be talking about Miles Garrett, the trade, of course. What the Rams give up?

Do they give up too much? Was it a great deal with their chips all in? We're also going to hit that

AJ Brown trade because, A, it's a pretty big deal on any other given days. The biggest,

biggest news of the day, just not today, but there is week one implications

as Vrable gets reunited and maybe it feels oh so good, Brandon, for A.J. Brown to go play

in what might be a much more competent offense than what their eagles ran out last year.

Very interesting that the two teams to lose to the Seahawks most recently were the teams making

the biggest moves on June 1. How about that? How about that?

Coincidental? I don't know. But the snails coming in, a member for 44 months saying

nobody wanted that washout, bold man, garrett anyway and let's start there clinton

because i think as seahawks fans it's uh it's easy to be maybe a little bit miffed that our

division rivals got a little bit better maybe it's it makes it that much easier to go yeah

the dude's 30 he's practically washed up anyway.

What is he going to do to help that Rams team anyway?
