I have a question.

It's newsish with Betty Rock on the Wally Show.

Growing up, my parents were sure to teach me that the people I surround myself with will have

an effect on me, whether I like it or not, they'll have an effect on me on how I conduct myself, whether good or bad.

And that's why I think it's so important that if you have a bad friend in your life, you need to make

a few changes to that relationship. So I found a list of what makes for a bad friend. Okay. So if you

notice these qualities and if you hear them and you're like, oh I know that person or

you hear them and you're like, oh I am that person. Make some changes.

Okay, so the first one.

They tear people down with mean gossip.

So if they're talking that bad about someone behind their back, what's stopping them from doing the same about you? someone behind their back? What's stopping them from doing the same about you?

I have had this thought.

I've been with friends where I've heard them talking constantly about how bad someone is,

and I'm thinking to myself, if it's this easy for you to talk
