to that extent the nation will reduce human pain, suffering, and poverty. In fact, to the extent

a nation violates the biblical principles and civil governance, to that extent it will increase

human pain, suffering, and poverty. Show me a nation starving. They don't have water.

I'll show you a nation that's violating biblical principles of governance.
