And today we have a very special guest.

Kevin McMullen is here with us. How are you?

I'm doing well, guys. Thanks for having me in. Thank you for coming in. This is fantastic. For those who don't know, Kevin has a new movie out. It's titled Low Tide. It's out with A-24. And it's got a bit of a heist element to it. A lot of a Heistelman Toon. We're excited to talk to you about it. But the one thing that we always do when we start off these sort of conversations and someone comes on is, as you can tell, looking at me and Matt, we're clearly seasoned criminal guys. Hard and criminal. Heist experts. And we always have to ask a new guest, a personal heist story they wouldn't mind sharing with us.

Sure. Yeah. Well, you say heist and my cinematographer and I, we always joke that we steal

these shots, mostly because we're operating on a budget level where we can't afford permits, per se.

And it makes it more complicated when you have like these young, like kind of well-known actors and you're sneaking into places. But there's a scene in the movie where the kids are all fishing and they're right next to a like a sunken ship. And it's really, really beautiful. And it's so cool. But apparently the dock that they're on, like hasn't been checked in the last couple years, but it's sturdy.

I went over there.

They weren't going to fall in or anything.

Half of young Hollywood died.

Yeah.

So they didn't want us to shoot there, and they wouldn't give us a permit.

And then we just found ourselves there.
