We are back. We are back. It's a new year. I'm going to try and run 750 miles this year.

750? Yeah, that's my new resolution, I guess. I don't like, I don't, it's goals. I want goals.

I want, I want goals with numbers attached so I can actually track my progress. I've done too many

resolutions like, be a better father. Well, what are the metrics, man well what are the metrics man what are the metrics

you've got to have our analytics team put that on your dashboard and you sign into

WordPress like dad metrics time spent with kids parks visited that's had you know all those

things that's right.

But it was an amazing break.

We were all about the culinary masterpieces.

So I made ox tail.

We also a pretty multicultural background for our family gathering.

We all brought our different, you know, best recipes to the table.

So I did my lamb chops from my family.

I did some ox tail with some coaching from my Jamaican side.

I did.

Then we also had enchiladas are from my my wife's Mexican side. That's a big Christmas meal.

And then we also had, we call them floutas, but they might be chimichangas. I don't know what they are.

They're basically like not full burrito size but also not taco size

soft flour tortillas that you put

basically like fajita stuffing inside and then fry it

so it's bigger than a tequito it's not a tequito
