This is exciting whole work here in 2023. I know you believe first episode of the year and we have to amazing guests to kick off this year right.

And also we have two really great drinks to kick off January. Even though we're not doing dry January.

We get to drink one day a week, which is dry for the Bellas. Right. So it's gonna feel like dry January, but nothing better to start off January than with some green tea matches.

Matcha lattes, much a lot tastes especially from Chris St Helena. And then revisiting we were so good that we didn't get the oatmeal. We did almond milk. Yeah, because I'm done with the sugar.

I know because of all the sugar. Yeah, but you can get the ones with less sugar. Oh, I mean, no, you can't. It's just coffee shops.

I like going to I like having that unsweetened almond milk. That's 30 calories per cup. Just I keep it simple exactly.

And you want to talk about a few of our New Year's resolutions. People want to hear from it, but I have to say, Bree, you kicked a lot of ass on bar McGatting. How yeah, I did you and Mercedes, who was formally known as Sasha Banks kicked a lot of bet.

You guys were super entertaining. And it was just like Twitter was blowing up. It was really fun to hear everyone's perspective and just they loved all of our chemistry.

People really want me to take you on now. Oh, really? Yeah. So you want to remove it to kick your ass at the market. You know it. And they loved Blake and Carson with you girls, which I mean, we do have the ultimate bromance on our show today, because we're making today bar McGatting episode.

Oh, you know it. Blake and Carson are going to be coming on the podcast in a little bit. But how do you feel?

I felt really good. I'll tell you this because I didn't know like you do those type of shows. I never know what they're going to use because let's be honest. You put Bremout in a bar scene. And yes, I was drinking.

I will say a lot of crazy stuff. And I was like, gosh, yeah, I got one liners. I know I was like, was I like a mom gone wild or I didn't know if they're going to cut a lot of the stuff I said. No, when I just saw the first.

You made a giving head joke. I loved it. I mean, and they use it. I was so excited to use it. They literally use which I was so happy because I was so afraid it was going to get cut.

So we have a game on bar McGatting called for play if you haven't tune in watch. And it's a basketball game. But we all started talking about, you know, when you have appetizers and entrees and we related it all to actual for playing real life.

Well, and can I tell you something people love the drive which take it was so good. And can I tell you Brian heard it. He saw it. He's like, yeah, that's my wife, mother of my children.

I'm like, but you have to men. You have to be proud of me. It's good joke. He's like, it's good. But forever now our kids will be able to be able to see you making that joke. I'm like, well, I thought it was clever.

Yeah. Well, I'm just excited as Blake and Carson a little bit like, you know, I want to know more about their romance. I got to see it and everyone's getting to see it more and more.

And I know on bar McGatting and we've seen it on the voice. But I need to know some more details. And I also want to ask them because so far this season on bar McGatting, you guys have had crazy talented guests on.

And just really amazing people that I want to hear from them what they thought about Mercedes and I. Yeah, how we did our energy. I already know that. But yeah, yeah, but it'll be fun to hear from them like exactly what they thought about Mercedes what they thought about me.
