There was a big story that happened yesterday in the Blake Lively, who apparently

aren't on offerons anymore, and Justin Baldoni case, a judge tossed his $400 million

defamation lawsuit.

So there's a lot to sort through in this because, of course, her people are, she's vindicated,

she'll continue her fight for women, you know, very much like this is a major victory for her.

It's huge.

And as you read through what the judge said about this, it becomes less clear.

So, and I'm really, I've just having read five stories about this, what I'm seeing is

there are things that he's suing her for defamation over that don't count as defamation.

As in things that weren't revealed to the public that were in her initial lawsuit that are,

that are, he believes not true and defamatory.

But because the general public didn't hear those things, they don't count as defamation.

There's also some comments that Ryan Reynolds made to, that's Blake Lively's husband,

comments that he made to other people about this guy being a sexual predator, about Justin

Baldoni being a predator.

And so as he's making these claims and statements, they say for him to believe that that's the case and have conversations with people, not printed things, are going to the papers and saying, print this, this guy, those are also not defamatory in that if he believes them to be true, he's allowed to say the things that he wants to say.
