Hello and welcome to Tuesday's episode of the podcast as you can tell from not hearing Georgia's voice

It's just me today Georgia has gone off for a

week's holiday, well deserved. She has been working her absolute butt off, so she's

gone off with the family. So it's just me taking today's podcast. Before we

get into the chat, which I've literally just done, you are going to absolutely love today's conversation.

I just wanted to give you guys a little update on my boob lump, which I was obviously talking about last week on the podcast. Very, very good news.

Went through all of my, had a mammogram, had a scan done, so like ultrasound and I had an examination by the specialist and basically I've got four small cysts on my left boob which showed up in the ultrasound but completely normal

it was actually a really scary experience. in the ultrasound but completely normal.

I think I was holding on to it quite tightly.

Anybody that's been through a lump scare,

it's not the nicest time to kind of wait and you do feel very frightened but really

really happy to say that it was a positive result and I'm absolutely fine so thank

you thank you for all your lovely messages on Instagram.

Obviously October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but every month really.
