Summary

Blair Socci is a Los Angeles-based comedian whom you may have seen on The Late Late Show with James Corden, MTV, and Comedy Central. She was named one of Variety’s Top Ten Comics to Watch in 2022 and she recently voiced a character on the show Bob’s Burgers. A long time friend of Andrew's, the two recount meeting on the NYC open mic scene and the sheer terror and anxiety they felt in their first year of performance. The pair circle around the haphazards and upsides of growing up as beach people, Andrew in Florida and Blair in the O.C. Of course the pair of comics talk about the trials and tribulations of performing and incredible variance of ways you feel about yourself. Blair speaks about understanding what she's looking for in a partner uncompromisingly and how she's vowed to go on 30 dates in 2023 in order to make progress of finding that mate. Timothee Chalamet, the writers strike and Chat gpt also make some conversational appearances!

1:16.1

it was with a B. Yeah, bigmouth would be sick. I love Bob's burgers though, if you're listening.

1:21.6

I wonder if I should start again. No, that was okay. Who cares? You might know her from The Simpsons

that's a thing too, where like mentally you can't get over it. Like you can't, you can't do
