0:55.0	Look, I do episodes of blah, blah, blah, usually around 10 a.m. on a Saturday, 12 noon, 1 p.m.
1:03.2	You know, during that time is usually when I do it.
1:06.1	But because my body is so used to getting up at 5 a.m.
1:11.9	You know, to have my coffee, get my emails, prepare my paperwork,
1:16.7	go to the office for eight.
1:18.8	Sometimes when I wake up on a Saturday and a Sunday,
