And, uh, it, it's kind of an interesting story I had talked with him. I don't know a year or two ago

about making some, some knives for me in Kaffaru and in my memory sucks. And then about three days

ago, I'm scrolling through Instagram and I'm like, Oh, that's a badass Tomahawk. I messaged the guy

on the other end of the mic said, Hey, man, uh, how much can I get that Tomahawk for?

And you gave me a price and you're like, Hey, we've actually talked before. I'm friends with Lance.

And I'm like, I am an idiot. I know exactly who you are now. Uh, so it's Corey Heaton. Uh,

that I got on the mic, man. I appreciate you coming on. Yeah, absolutely. It's a long overdue, I feel.

Yeah. Yeah. For, for sure, it was, it was, my wife was literally looking at me, Mike, you dumb fuck.

Um, like, yeah, I'm not very bright. My memory is not the greatest. And I talk to tons and tons of

people. So the moment you said that, I'm like, Oh, shit, I know exactly who this is. But how, uh,

how long have you been, been doing like the, the custom knife thing?

So I would say, uh, I've been a student of it longer than I actually have been a practitioner.

Uh, and that's just due to the, to the lifestyle of being deployed constantly. Uh, I think we

sustained like an eight year period where you were doing a six to a 10 months rotation somewhere.

And then coming home and having about equal time down and half of that is training anyway.
