1:52.2 | I'm sure you've seen lists of names and organizations and go funny pages and bail out funds. |
1:59.2 | And I just want to take a moment to talk about one organization that means a lot to me, which is Black Lives Matter. |
2:05.0 | Black Lives Matter are boots on the ground, making active change in communities. |
2:11.9 | I can speak to Black Lives Matter LA and say that they were behind a giant movement, the people's budget of LA that defunded big government organizations like the police and put that money into education and homeless outreach and into building up our community. |
2:28.6 | It's something that is incredibly necessary and they're doing this work all over and they need your help and support whether that's a monthly donation, maybe $5 or $10 or I don't know how much money you have or don't have. |
2:40.0 | I'm just saying that whatever you can spare, it's worth it. |
2:44.2 | It's a cup of coffee a month if you do $5 a month. |
