International, a daily look at the issues Americans care about most. After a grand jury

failed to indict a policeman for shooting an unarmed black teenager in Ferguson, Missouri, people

took to the streets and 170 other cities. Some said the case proved black

lives don't matter in the United States, but polls show the nation is deeply divided on that

issue. Do America's multiple justice systems provide equal treatment under the law, or do they

perpetuate the legacies of slavery and Jim Crow? Today's talking point, a re-examination of President Lyndon Johnson.

Was he opposed to voting rights for all Americans?
