I know many people feel like we are entering a dark time,

but for the benefit of us all, I hope that is not the case.

and we will not be seeing the first black woman president in the White House.

Kamala Harris conceded.

But, Lila, there's something that I can't shake. When I saw the results

that 92% of black women voted for her, once again, the black vote really showed up.

Mm-hmm. And 78% of black men that voted also voted for her. We truly did show up.

Right. And I think that's what gets to many of us this week is that we continue to show up, right?

Yeah. I mean, I know that's eating at me.
