What's up guys? Welcome back to the studio. I'm so excited to be here with you. I am sitting alongside the beautiful Mata shopping. How you doing, Mama? So good. Oh, that was exciting. We are, we are in for it today. I know we've had a small sabbatical, and that's because we've thrown our lives

into, oh, you're busy? Well, here, let me hand you 75,000 other things to do. And we've

neglected you. We're so sorry. We're back. We've neglected a lot. Let's be honest.

And let's not bring up, it's been our kids. No, we've got a little bit heavier of a topic

today as you heard us kind of start because we have a long list of things that we want to share

with you before this ever even came up. And we said, nope, that goes to the back burner. We got to talk

to our friends today. Mama, what, uh, what's on the agenda? Well, it's actually been,

I mean, you guys all know everybody, no matter where you are, we're all feeling it. We're feeling

the weight from COVID. We're feeling the weight of what's happening in our world now. And it's,

it's really, really a hard time right now to try to navigate, try to navigate

who we are and what we believe and where we stand with so many things.

And it's, to be honest, it's a day that I, a day in time, I really thought we'd never

have to live and deal with these things and try to navigate life the way it is. But there's so many

good things and so many things that I wanted to talk about in podcast. In fact, I've kind of spent

the last couple days and I just got off the phone with my cute black friend Fatima and just
