Hey there beautiful people. It is me, Jared Hill. I want to let you know this week we are doing a

rerun. Calm down, calm down, calm down. I understand. I know, I know, I know. I wanted a new episode

this week too. But with Revell finishing up vacation, we also had a cancellation at the last minute

for our special guest co-host. And as I told you last week, my mental health has been pretty trash

and that hasn't gotten better this week. I've been trying to push myself to pull out an episode,

pull an episode out of my pocket or, you know, kind of out of my ass. But I didn't want to do

that to y'all in a new episode. That was less than. So we are running one of our favorite episodes

from last year and shout out to our guest Ryan Mitchell, who's on our episode this week. He
