Now I've done a lot of videos on salts and different herbs but I haven't done one on pepper.

Pepper is one of the most common herbs.

And there's something really really good about it and there's something really really

bad about it.

Now I want to talk about that.

Now the main phytonutrient in black pepper that gives you the big benefit is called

piperine.

And pepper can actually give you some relief if you have a stomach ache.

It can improve certain neurotransmitters in the brain by a small degree but it still has

some effect on the neurotransmitters.

It also has a little bit of an anti-inflammatory effect.

It has a small amount of vitamin K, iron and magnesium.

But the biggest benefit of black pepper, specifically of this compound right here, is that
