Your book, Fighting for Our Friendship is coming out soon.

Without revealing too much, can you tell the folks a little bit about what we can accept

yeah so you know what we've got to get our friendships together it's that simple but if you are a person on the internet, then you see all the content that is encouraging us to opt out at every turn.

And while there are sometimes when, okay, expired and it would be unhealthy for me to stay

how are we equipped to stay to work through challenges things like that and so the idea of the book is to help us

understand from an aerial view the mechanics of women's friendships why do we do

what we do and then to also provide us with tangible strategies to create more satisfaction in our friendships with one another.

I love that. I find myself seeking out books on friendship. I've read um friendimacy which I enjoyed a lot I plan

on reading platonic I see that you have recommended that book I was so many times yeah I'm like I'm

definitely gonna have checked that one out because you're like you recommend this one

for everyone who you chat with about friendship stuff mhm so good yeah and I'm glad you said that because I always say that I hope that my book is one of many books people have on their friendship bookshelf, you know, because whenever we think about relationships in other contexts, you know, our work relationships, romantic

relationships, you already know you're probably going to listen to several podcasts on this subject.

You're going to get several books, so the same thing with friendships.
