crude example, I won't call on any names, but I know late in 2020 or early in 2021,

there was this big campaign with beautiful Black people promoting diversity and equity and

inclusion, and it was this major effort, and then you peek up behind the scenes and the ad agency

that did it with white. The photographer, the shop, the pictures of what. Like they did this whole

campaign where on the front of it, it was saying all the right things, but the back end of it,

where's the money going, which businesses are getting the business, who's being invested in in

terms of Black businesses and Black communities, of Black entrepreneurs, and Black professionals,

whereas this business is usual, they just put a different face on it.
