Jamar how you doing today?

I'm chilling man I'm chilling but honestly it's a little bittersweet for me today

we are as we record this almost at the end of Black History month. So I'm kind of sad about that which obviously you know you don't need to only be in February to celebrate Black History we're gonna do to do this 365, no doubt.

But I've enjoyed having a month or so

to just have a laser-like focus on this

and more public attention. So it's been a fun month it has passed so quickly and

kind of sad it's coming to a close and got to wait around to 2018.

Well if you want to continue getting black history nuggets from the future Dr.

silly. So I'm going to be getting the cultural commentary. Now occasionally I slip in
