Andrew is joined by David Barton as they discuss the numerous Black Heroes of America.

In the South, the war is over, but that didn't change hearts.

If someone like a Woodrow Wilson comes out with his book and doesn't tell me about these

black heroes, then I don't know about them.

Well, that's a problem.

So I'm glad that you're with me today for a very special edition of the Gospel Truth,

and I'm interviewing David Barton, I mean experts, authority on American history and during this black history month

we are sharing some things about the heroes of America who were black most of you

have never heard this I tell you it's going to bless you. I believe it will be a tremendous

inspiration to you so please stay tuned for our Black History Month with David Martin.

I mean, we had the federal bills.

I mean, these happen to be three of the original federal bills of this 24 Civil Rights Act.

This is a federal bill. This one is to equalize the pay of

soldiers in the American Army. Black and white soldiers get equal pay. This is

this is one that's that gives equal rights before the courts of law courts of law, blacks and whites are equal.

This one is the Freedman's Bureau to make sure that blacks are able to get all the things they

need from the government. so all that's there
