This black guy shows up to his, well, he's at his sentencing, right?

He looks violent.

Yeah.

Just by looking at him.

Yeah.

And he has a plea agreement.

Why do people keep giving these people play agreements?

Yeah, in this video of this crime.

But anyway, they give him a plea agreement.

But then this guy has the audacity to start arguing with the judge about the sentence.

Watch this. This is crazy.

Even though he's agreed to the plea agreement.

Right.

Right now at 5.30, a heated exchange in the courtroom between a defendant and the judge,

as that man was sentenced for beating a pizza shop manager into a coma.

have his pit bull inside the restaurant.

Alice Gainer shows us some of the video of the attack that was played in the courtroom.

And we do need to warn you, it is disturbing.

Tyshaun Watson was originally indicted on attempted murder and four counts of assault. He pleaded guilty to two counts of assault, and during sentencing told the judge he took accountability by staying on scene. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Before, why did he drop the attempted murder? The video you're all about to see? He was trying to take this man's life. So why did they drop the charges? It's no jury in their right mind will say, hey, this is just simple assault. He tried to unlove this man. Yeah. How do you turn an order in a pizza into a life or death situation? Yeah. And why is this just simple assault? That's what they're trying to... Well, these judges... I think it's aggravated assault. No, man, that's nothing compared to what this guy did. This judge is being way too lenient. Yeah. This dude should get least 40 years. At least. Well, he was in a coma, but watch his own video. If we watched the video right now, you'd see the pizza shop manager was irate, and I was telling him to calm down. Who does pizza managers is irate? Yeah, so he's saying he's the instigator. But this is the video. Let's look at the video. The judge said, I watched the video. You went around the counter. If you don't want to take responsibility, Watson kept interjecting. The judge then said, I'd be prepared to play that video right now.

And if I'm right and you're wrong, I'd take back your plea and go to trial.
