Back to another T-Rex talk. My name is Isaac Bodkin, which you probably already knew because you probably watched some of these before.

This is mostly going to be kind of a post-mortem on our Black Friday sale and a Q&I, Q&A, Q&I.

It'll be questions and answers regarding Black Friday stuff, lessons we've learned over the years, lessons we've learned this year.

But I'm watching the chat more closely than I normally do, and I feel like maybe I should just let you guys talk amongst yourselves. I'll kind of keep an eye on it and just rest here for a bit

because it's been pretty frantic catching up after Black Friday. Although I will say

I've done very little. I want to particularly shout out a couple of departments, a few departments

that have worked the hardest shipping is obviously killing it. The production team making sidecars

as fast as they possibly can are doing a phenomenal job. There's a bunch of people

that are really, really killing it, but I want to especially call out customer service,

because customer service started working the long Black Friday hours pre-Black Friday,

shipping production, stuff like that. We didn't really kick in high gear until Monday,

but everybody has been

working some level of overtime, but customer service has definitely been working the most

overtime. So I'm going to try to handle a little bit of customer support questions myself here.

And let's see, did you bring your entire family to help out on Black Friday, Isaac?

I did not. I have small children that are not allowed back in the production area when all the

machines are on, so not my entire family, no. But my first T-Rex work that I was doing was actually

Black Friday catch-up. This was before I was officially working for T-Rex,

but I would come in to make holsters on Black Friday.

That was when I got banned from the buffing stations,

a ban that has been in place for going on seven, seven, eight years now.
