This used to be a huge shopping holiday. Guys, I got my first Black Friday email from retailers.

This started coming in October 31st. The real flood started November 5th. That's more than three

weeks for what used to be a single day holiday. And they still say Black Friday sale.

Asset, what in the world is going on in retailers right now?

Well, we're seeing the desperation heave, right?

As consumers have pulled back over the last couple of years,
