1:21.6	And the reason that I'm doing this is because this interview was so in-depth and it was so informational that I think you need to hear it.
1:32.0	About two and a half weeks ago, two to three weeks ago, Damon Dash, the co-founder of
1:38.5	Rockefeller Records and Rockaware, along with Jay-Z, was interviewed on the Breakfast Club Morning Show, which is a
1:46.2	morning radio show out of New York City, and it's hosted by DJ Envy, Charlemagne the
1:52.9	guide, and Angela Yee.
1:55.3	And the conversation started breaking into entrepreneurship, and what really got my attention was a statement that
2:04.5	damon dash said and he said to dj envy calling somebody boss is like calling somebody daddy and he
2:13.2	went on to espouse his theory of entrepreneurship and putting up your own money and being the boss.
2:20.8	And I thought the interview was an excellent interview in terms of what really being the boss is,
