to be here.

I'm also very, very tired and very, very disappointed in myself, because I'm recording this on

Saturday, middle of the afternoon, late afternoon, I've already done this podcast already, but

the first time I did it, I forgot to check to see if my audio was recording.

So this morning, I went to edit that video, so that there was no audio whatsoever, and

I knew instantly that I had to record this entire podcast over again.

But it's all good, because it's been a couple of weeks since I've done this, so we'll

consider the first one warm up.

I'm a little shaky and rusty, I'm not gonna lie, like, again, I'm also very tired,

I don't know why I'm tired.

I didn't really want to do this, but I had to, because again, I owe it to myself, thank

you to do things like this, and I appreciate you being here, it's been a while.

The main reason why I have not been doing Watch Diary these past couple of weeks is because

I just got back from Kentucky.

I went to Kentucky this past weekend for my best friend, Eric's wedding that I was in,

and that was nice.

Anytime I go to Kentucky, it completely wrecks my habits and my routine.

The past June that I went to Kentucky, so a couple of months ago, I went and completely

ruined my workout routine entirely.

I mean, I've been working out every day in 2022, up until I went to Kentucky in June,

and when I got back, it was like I had to start all over again.
