Thanks, Casey, for having me. Of course. So, first off, I know we were just catching up a little

0:15.0

bit before we dove in here, but I am not only a huge fan of your product and what you've built at Catalyst, but as a new customer

0:23.9

and user, I'm so excited of this conversation because I have so many questions personally.

0:27.6

And I know even just from the lens of me talking about what Catalyst is to friends and family more recently,

So in this weakest form of the muscle, how can you train them?

1:29.4

And muscle stim is the way to go. So about 20 years ago, 25 years ago, some German engineers

1:37.9

were wondering, like, an exercise scientist, like, why do we wait to use this until we get injured? Like, you know, if this like works and if it's a great way to, like, why do we wait to use this until we get injured?

1:45.5

Like, you know, if this, like, works and if it's a great way to, like, strengthen muscles,

1:49.3

like, why don't we use this preemptively?
