who have a zero tolerance approach to hate crime and abusive behavior on public transport.

Of course, we all have a responsibility to help if we see an incident when traveling on

public transport, but sometimes it can feel difficult to know what to do.

Well, TFL has put together some really helpful tips, like making a note of what you see and

reporting it as soon as you can, and also asking the person after an incident if they're okay,

and telling them what happened isn't right and you're going to report it.
