And more recently, he put up an Instagram story talking about PEDs in Brazilian

Jiu- and I thought it was worth circling back to you.

but just for now going from start to finish he is an American grappler in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

practitioner. This is based on his bio who primarily competes in Nogi submission wrestling matches.

He is a three-time ADCC world champion, IBJJF, Nogi World Champion, and four-time

Eddie Bravo invitational champion.

So this guy has some of the most impressive, he has like the nudiest washboard abs ever.

Like this guy is very genetically gifted in that regard and could easily, you know, be a, you

know, like top fitness icon probably if he really wanted to just based on that alone.

But he also has some of the most impressive before and afters, like especially in the Brazilian

jihitsu world. You know, some of his before and afters, like especially in the Brazilian jihitsu world.

You know, some of his before and afters are absolutely absurd.

And of course, some of the after images are like heavily sharpened and heavily, you know, contrasted and whatnot.

So obviously there's going to be, it's not like, physique wasn't impressive to start.
