Today, Justice Breyer will retire from the Supreme Court, leaving a seat open for Biden to

nominate a new justice. Another Joel Greenberg associate has pled guilty to witness intimidation

and dealing at-or-all and has provided information against Matt Gaetz.

A federal judge has rejected John Eastman's bid to block his 19,000 or so emails from

going to the 16th committee and a top aid to Mark Meadows has provided over six hours of testimony

to the select committee investigating January 6th. I'm Allison Gill and I'm Dana Goldberg.

Today's news day was a month of news. Oh my god, it started early too.

It did and speaking of starting early with that Matt Gaetz information, I'm going to be talking

with Robert Denalt a little bit later in the show to go over what we know and what we don't know.

And then tomorrow, I'm going to be talking with Glenn Kirschner to break down the Department of

Justice announcement that they're reviewing the Seven State conspiracy. So it's been a jam-packed

day and we're going to try-we're going to have to like break this news day up over the next two

days and hope that not much happens tomorrow. Oh boy. We'll see how it goes. And then of course,

we have the good news later in the show. So I'm looking forward to that because I need a happy- I mean,
