Hey y'all, welcome to the Christian made TV and podcast for Christ and Culture Connect.

I pray that you guys are having a wonderful day.

As you guys see from the title, today we're talking about bittersweet seasons and this is a word that God placed on my

heart for those who are in a season where they're trying to figure out God what is

this it's a bittersweet feeling and I was actually talking to my friend about it and I just wanted to leave it on the podcast for anyone else who experiences these type of seasons and just need some clarity or simply some encouragement.

So a bittersweet season is a season where

it feels like you're sad because something is coming to a end,

but you're also happy because you know

that something good is coming and you're kind of confused because it's like I should be happy during this time.

It's like a transitional season. I should be happy. I should be in a good mood, but I'm feeling sad about something else, but I feel bad that I'm feeling sad because I want to be happy about what God is doing, but I'm kind of sad about what happened and what God showed me during this season is that this is a transitional season of birthing.

And the comparison that I was talking to my friend about is equivalent to when you're giving

birth to a baby.
