When you're a striker, there's nothing better. when you have someone with so much experience and who have been a place

Where you are right now and he have been places where you haven't been yet and also he had the time after his career

to reflect on things that he might have done differently.

There's nothing better to be able to pick his brains

and get an understanding.

So I'm talking to him every day. I'm talking to him every day to ask like for small things.

And already now there's so many small things that he has taught me, there's more details that I've not thought about and

honestly I'm just really grateful to be able to work with him.

How does that process of constantly thinking learning fit with your personality because from my

impression you've got a completely can-do attitude whereby I think I see a new

somebody says if I set my mind to this I can achieve it.

Yeah 100% well I'm someone I don't believe in failures.

I feel like if you learn from an experience it's not a failure it's just an opportunity to learn

so every day I'm always trying to learn I'm trying to develop myself every day and I feel I'm at a good level now but I know I can reach so much further.

So that's why every day I'm trying to learn and the way to learn is from your own personal experience or from people who have been there before and

that's why it's fantastic to be able to talk to Henry every day about the small details
