I think a lot of people, when they get an ADHD diagnosis, they do kind of have a grief at the

career they might have had if they've been diagnosed younger and understood how to manage themselves.

I definitely feel like that. I think I missed a lot of opportunities, but I think I've done,

I've done well enough. So if I wasn't someone who wrote honestly about, you know, the kind of tussles we all

have internally, I think we can all present as normal, can we.

I think I lacked confidence to do and pursue certain things. And I think that lack of confidence was actually about ADHD,

whereas before I just thought it was because I was not a strong person.

does make me quite strong because I've kind of managed to sort of tooth and claw
